Doug Sturiale serves as a fund Portfolio Manager.  Mr. Sturiale has 30 years of experience in real estate portfolio, asset and construction management.  Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the management of more than $4.5 billion of real estate investments.  Previously, he was a Managing Director with RREEF and President of the firm’s value-added commingled investment fund, which he launched in 2003 and grew to $3.5 billion in total assets, encompassing over 100 investments throughout the United States.  Mr. Sturiale joined RREEF in 1999 as a portfolio manager where he was responsible for managing in excess of $1 billion in separate accounts utilizing core, value-added and development strategies covering all major property types.  Mr. Sturiale has prior experience as a Vice President and Director of Real Estate Services for Colliers International.  In this role, he served as an asset manager and real estate advisor to both foreign and domestic investors in acquiring, redeveloping, managing and disposing of real estate assets.  Mr. Sturiale holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.
